April 30, 2018Jill Robbins Promoted to VP of Deposit Support Services at Ballston Spa National Bank
Jill Robbins has been promoted to vice president of deposit support services at Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) according to Chris Dowd, president and CEO. In her new role, Robbins will be responsible for providing management and oversight of the department, which provides customer service for cash management, online banking, and mobile banking clients. Robbins also provides oversight and facilitation for product and service development and compliance regulations.
Robbins joined BSNB in 2005 as an operations manager. In 2013, Robbins was recognized as a BSNB SUMMIT Employee of the Year for her exceptional commitment to the bank’s core values of teamwork, respect, accountability, integrity, and leadership.
Active in the community, Robbins dedicates much of her time to volunteering. She is a seasonal bell ringer for the Salvation Army in Saratoga Springs, volunteers at numerous work days coordinated by Rebuilding Together Saratoga, and volunteers for Saratoga’s Code Blue shelter. She is also a member of the Saratoga Springs Rotary Club where she is the past chair and treasurer for the scholarship committee and the annual Home & Lifestyle show. Robbins is currently pursuing a degree in business at SUNY Adirondack Community College.
