December 3, 2015JDRF Hires Denise Nicastro as Development Director
Denise Nicastro joined JDRF on November 30 as Development Director. She is responsible for growing the Northeastern NY Chapter’s corporate sponsorships and partnerships, and overseeing the One Hope Ball, Ride to Cure Diabetes and Uncorking the Cure events. Denise comes to JDRF from the American Diabetes Association, where she oversaw one of the most successful Tour De Cure programs in the country. She brings a personal passion to JDRF, given that her daughter Grace was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2014.
