Jason Capello Joins Adworkshop as Creative Director

Adworkshop continues to ramp up an expansion plan with the hire of Jason Capello as Creative Director.

Capello, a graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology has spent 15 years developing creative and strategic solutions for major clients in a variety of verticals. He has worked with leading brands including P&G, NASCAR, Starbucks, Starwood Hotels, Dolce & Gabbana and The Cleveland Indians to solve difficult business problems through unique and creative marketing solutions that change behavior, drive sales and build brands.

Reporting to agency President, Tim Kelleher, Capello will lead the creative team to elevate creative work into a new echelon of services. Adworkshop plans to dive deeper into emerging web tech, creative ad campaigns and immersive content for their clients, including VR, app development and video. New agency offerings  are being spearheaded by the recently appointed Executive Vice President, Michael Fudzinski.

“Jason’s innovative approach to the creative needs of both the client and the workshop is incredibly refreshing,” said Kelleher. “His energy, experience and leadership will propel our offerings to existing and prospective clients as we grow the agency.”

Capello will be based out of the workshop’s new office location in Saratoga Springs.

“I am truly excited to combine my passion for creative design and storytelling through emerging technology and new platforms in my new role at Adworkshop,” said Capello. “My first goal is to lead the team to a higher standard of execution for our clients, to motivate their customers and grow their brands. I believe in what Tim and Michael are building here at the agency, and I am excited about helping to bring the vision to life.”
