November 3, 2021Jankow Companies Opens The Rise | Pine Hills in Albany
The Chamber took part in the official ribbon cutting of Jankow Companies The Rise | Pine Hills on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 363 Ontario Street in Albany.
The Rise | Pine Hills completed its final development phase this past summer and is currently fully leased. The project is a redevelopment of a former bowling alley in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Albany, NY. This beautiful, mixed-use apartment complex consists of three buildings with 109 apartments, 2 retail spaces, and underground parking. Resident amenities include a dog park, pet spa, rooftop deck with grill stations, strength and functional fitness studios, co-working spaces, conference rooms, and more.
Ryan Jankow shared, “we are so proud of the The Rise | Pine Hills development and could not have completed the project without the help and support of our local representatives and businesses here to celebrate with us today.” He went on to mention that “The Rise | Pine Hills is the first of The Rise family that Jankow Companies plans to develop in the Capital Region over the next few years.”
