November 16, 2016International Center to Offer German Christmas Cooking Class
On Tuesday, December 6 from 6 to 8 p.m., please join the International Center as they host Chef Kurt Vincent for a seasonal cooking class entitled “Christkindlesmarkt.” Brought back by popular demand, participants will join former NYS Executive Mansion Chief Vincent for an entertaining evening of sampling and instruction on the wonderful foods available at the fabulous Christmas Markets of the quaint city of Nuremberg, Germany. The enticing smells of mulled wine and gingerbread will fill the air. The class will be taught in the commercial kitchen at the Celtic Hall located at 430 New Karner Road in Colonie. The cost to attend is $20 for International Center members and $25 for not-yet-members. Registration is required by calling 518.708.7608.
