International Center to Host Agricultural Weekend to Long Island

From April 30 – May 1, ICCR staff will be escorting a small group to Long Island to understand the agricultural side of Long Island that very few have seen. The group will be visiting wineries, as well as other producers, and all with an international flare. The group will be staying overnight in Greenport and meeting many locals. Stops will include but are not limited to: Greenport Harbor Brewing Company, Lenz Winery, North Fork Potato Chip Company, Palmer Vineyards, Pellegrini Vineyards, Pipe’s Cove Oysters, Sang Lee Farm, Sparkling Pointe Vineyards and Winery, and Tweed’s Buffalo Restaurant and Farm.  Cost is $334.00 for ICCR members, and $349.00 for not-yet members and includes: transportation, snacks on the bus, overnight accommodation (Silver Sands Motel), all tasting fees, lunch on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
