Inspired Life Coaching Celebrates Grand Opening

Inspired Life Coaching, 801 State Rt. 50 in Burnt Hills recently celebrated their grand opening with a ribbon cutting. Business partners Kim Perone and Helene Verdile have a passion for working with individuals on their inspired lives, one where clarity, compassion and contentment are present.

Kim Perone trained to become a life coach after a 20 year career as a communication professional in the Capital Region. Over the last decade, she has been a student of life, loss, and spirituality in the wake of tragic deaths in her family. As loss continued to affect the trajectory of her life and her life’s work, Kim became an expert in change, adaptation, and reinvention. Developing this life coaching practice and wellness center with business partner Helene Verdile has been a dream realized.

Helene Verdile, Life and Career Coach, facilitator, workshop leader and EBT (Emotional Brain Training) practitioner, applies an integrative approach of positive psychology, spirituality, and mindfulness-based methods to help her clients achieve joy and fullness in their lives.  Her multi-dimensional approach has helped many people to make positive, meaningful adjustments in all stages of their lives to gain the meaning and purpose they have been seeking.

Additional services include guided meditation, seminars on life issues, self-improvement book clubs, yoga, reiki, soul cinema, soul Saturday workshops and some inspirational/motivational retail items.
