incredi.bowl Officially Opens in Latham

The Chamber was honored to be part of the ceremonial ribbon cutting for incredi.bowl in Latham on January 26th.  The event was attended by local officials, Chamber Ambassadors, family, friends and staff.

incredi.bowl is a locally owned and locally sourced fast-casual eatery offering salads and warm grain bowls. incredi.bowl is owned and operated by Chris Damaskos, a Greek-American with a passion for food and connecting with people in the community.  With deep familial roots in the restaurant industry, he focused his dreams on opening a place that not only offers delicious food, but food that is also good for your body.  He brings his enthusiasm for hospitality at incredi.bowl everyday, warmly greeting his guests and sharing a conversation.  He wants incredi.bowl to not only nourish the body, but be a place where everyone feels welcomed and nourishes the soul. incredi.bowl is not a chain and strives to offer you a familial experience with a warm smile.

Fresh and quality ingredients are the cornerstone of the restaurant.  Everything is prepared in-house… no microwaves are allowed. The staff places great care into sourcing and preparing all our ingredients.  They source Tuscan kale, as opposed to the more traditionally used curly kale, and they manually de-stem and massage it in-house for that perfect bite. They chop, cut and prepare all the vegetables and proteins daily in a transparent environment for all to see.  Their goal is to offer something a little special in the bowls.  For instance, the artisanal grilled Halloumi cheese in our Greek Goddess salad is a must try.  And the homemade tzatziki and tahini dressings are big hits.

Call us crazy for opening in the middle of a pandemic, but we have faith that it will be worth it. We look forward to serving the community while we all “Savor Happiness”!

All ribbon cuttings are sponsored by Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company.
