HVCU Announces Promotes Staff to Senior Region Managers

Hudson Valley Credit Union (HVCU) is excited to announce that Alice Rae Kurman-Kostrubal and Robyn Williams have been promoted to Vice President, Senior Region Manager. They will be responsible for ensuring a positive employee and member experience, driving sales and business development, and optimizing operations across all branches in their regions. Alice Rae and Robyn bring a combined 24 years of experience to their new roles.

Alice Rae Kurman-Kostrubal joined HVCU in 2011. Since then, Alice Rae has made significant contributions to the credit union’s branch network and lending teams. In her most recent role as Vice President/Director of Consumer Lending Operations, she enhanced lending operations and procedures, onboarded and developed new leaders, and improved both employee and business partner engagement. In the community, Alice Rae serves on the Family Services of Poughkeepsie Development Committee as well as the Walden United Methodist Church as a Trustee. She is also a graduate of Leadership Orange as well as the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Dutchess and Executive Leadership professional development programs.

Robyn Williams joined HVCU in 2013. She currently manages eight branches across Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties while overseeing the development of her teams, driving sales and market growth, and enhancing member relations. She received an Athena Award in 2021 and is also a graduate of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Dutchess and Executive Leadership development programs. At The Chamber Foundation, Robyn serves as Board Chair, co-chair of the Athena Committee, and a Member on the Youth Development and Executive Leadership Committees. She also serves as a Director on the Women’s Enterprise Development Center’s Board of Directors and Treasurer at Mt. Carmel Church. Robyn earned a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College.
