Hudson Valley Credit Union (HVCU) is proud to announce new leadership in their Consumer Lending team: Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending Alice Rae Kurman-Kostrubal; Consumer Loan Servicing and Processing Manager Andria Colon; and Consumer Loan Underwriting Manager Anna Croce. All three employees were promoted to their new roles following years of proven leadership of staff and the member experience in the retail branch system.
Alice Rae Kurman-Kostrubal began her career at HVCU in 2011 as the Beacon Branch Manager. She most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Regional Branch Management overseeing six of the credit union’s branches. Ms. Kurman-Kostrubal is a recent graduate of The Chamber Foundation’s Executive Leadership Program and serves as Trustee at the Walden United Methodist Church.
Andria Colon was hired as an HVCU Financial Services Representative in 2002. Ms. Colon gained well-rounded experience in her service and operations through positions in the Contact Center, Collections, and branch management, most recently as Hollowbrook Branch Manager. Outside of her role, she serves as a member of the Resource Development Committee for County Players Theatre in Wappingers Falls.
Starting as a Newburgh Branch Teller in 2005, Anna Croce was promoted to various branch management roles, coming full circle to serve most recently as the Newburgh Branch Manager. Mrs. Croce is active in the community serving as President of the Plattekill PTA Board as well as a member of the Larkin Family Young Professional Program. In 2017, she was honored as an Orange County Rising Star.
“Promoting from within is always positive for our staff and members,” said Senior Vice President of Retail Delivery and Marketing Chelen Reyes. “We’re so lucky to have three seasoned employees like Alice Rae, Andria, and Anna with robust management experiences to assist members with their lending needs as well as lead their colleagues to success in their own roles.”
