Hudson Valley Credit Union Announces New Hires and Promotion 

Hudson Valley Credit Union (HVCU) is excited to name a new branch manager and welcome three professionals to our Project and IT departments.

Victoria LaPorte has been promoted to HVCU’s New Windsor Branch Manager. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing operations to drive membership acquisitions by strengthening member relations. In addition, she will provide consistent development to staff, setting clear goals, objectives and expectations for the branch. Victoria previously served as Assistant Branch Manager at the New Windsor Branch since 2022, prior to accepting the position of Acting Branch Manager at the Chatham Branch last fall. In addition to her impact at HVCU, Victoria volunteers at Junior Leadership Orange to develop future leaders. She also collaborates with the Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC) to assist existing and aspiring business owners in the community with resources that can help their business plans become a reality.

Robert McLaughlin joins HVCU as Vice President/Director of Project Execution. Robert oversees the planning, execution and delivery of large and complex organizational projects while partnering with HVCU’s business lines to ensure projects are appropriately executed. He previously served as President/Independent Project Manager Consultant with GEM Properties of NY.

Andrew Lehman joins HVCU as Assistant Vice President of Platform Engineering with more than 20 years of experience. In this role, Andrew will design, implement and operate the infrastructure components of HVCU’s tech and data platforms. Andrew previously served as the Vice President and Principal Consultant, Infrastructure Operations & Transformation Services at ALCG Technology & Business Process Consulting.

Michael Manaois joins HVCU as Assistant Vice President of IT Portfolio Management. Michael plays a crucial role in aligning HVCU’s technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. He will oversee a portfolio of IT projects and ensure they are measurable, executed efficiently, and within budget. Michael previously served as Senior Manager, IT Operational Excellence, at Ent Credit Union.
