March 30, 2022Hone Coworks Opens in Colonie
The Chamber took part in the ceremonial ribbon cutting for Hone Coworks on Tuesday, March 29th. The Rosenblum Development Corporation constructed the new state of the art facility off of Wolf Road. The Chamber was joined by local elected officials, Ambassadors, the business community and many friends and supporters.
Hone Wolf Road occupies over 14,000 square feet on the third floor of 187 Wolf Road, an office building owned and recently renovated by Rosenblum. Located near an I-87 on-ramp and less than one mile from Albany International Airport, Hone Coworks offers 48 fully furnished flexible offices and multiple shared coworking or ‘agile’ workspaces for concentrating or collaborating. Hone’s shared spaces include a fully stocked kitchen and café, work lounge, focus pods, privacy booths, a wellness room, and five meeting rooms of varying sizes equipped with plug-and-play videoconferencing capabilities.
