Member Spotlight: Hometown Healthcare Celebrates Its Fifth Year in Their New Location

In early 2017, Hometown Healthcare moved from Watervliet to Clifton Park to accommodate their growing number of employees ( “Hometowners” as they are referred to internally). Hometown has a focus on helping individuals who are suffocating with sleep apnea or severe respiratory disease by leveraging remote patient monitoring technology embedded in the home medical equipment devices provided to help patients achieve success in managing their disease. Their business continues to expand as the data provided by the newer machines providers further opportunity to improve care and patient outcomes. Casey Toomajian (pictured here with their new Chamber member plaque) and his brother Aram are the third-generation owners of this family business founded in 1953. They are a proud investor in the Capital Region Chamber and community.
