Home Connection Companions, a division of Baptist Health System, welcomes Lauren Carpenter in the role of Business Development and Community Relations Liaison. A native to the Capital Region with a background in communications and marketing, Lauren has hit the road running building relationships and doing the community outreach that is so important in her position.
Since 2007, Home Connection Companions has assisted older adults who may need a little extra help wherever it is they call home – private residences, assisted living facilities, senior living complexes or nursing homes. We all share concerns about the care of our loved ones as they age. Our vetted companions offer the first step in non-medical care that allows seniors to age in place by offering some of the following services: transportation and accompaniment to medical appointments or hair appointments, light housekeeping, meal and snack preparation, daily medicine reminders, and socialization.
