December 21, 2022Hocky Hut Training Center Celebrates 25 Years!
Celebrating 25 years of the Hockey Hut Training Center , currently located at Exit 8 in Clifton Park! Founded by the Carusos in 1997, current owner Ron Kuhl has continued to build the legacy of family, community, and education that this venerable sports institution is known for. General Manager Teagan Ketchum graduated from the very first class held here, and now she runs the center. That’s how a community should be, and we are proud to be part of it.
Joining the Capital Region Chamber for the ribbon cutting were state Senator Jim Tedisco , Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh, and Deputy Supervisor Anthony Morelli of the Town of Clifton Park, plus Trustco Bank Chairman/President/CEO Robert McCormick.
The Hockey Hut offers training in both Hockey and (in summer time) pickle ball thanks to the new Pavilion which was dedicated about a year ago. And we have a feeling many bigger and better things lie ahead!!
