April 4, 2019City of Albany Looking for Nominations for 3rd Annual Henry Johnson Award for Distinguished Community Service
Do you know an Albany resident who deserves to be recognized for giving their time and talent to build a better Albany? If so, nominate them for the 3rd Annual Henry Johnson Award for Distinguished Community Service, bestowed upon an Albany resident who has made meaningful contributions to our community leadership or support in any of the following areas: arts and history, social justice, education, or community organizing.
HOW TO NOMINATE
Nominations must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, April 26. Learn more about the award and nominate someone online by clicking here or by printing out the attached nomination form and mailing them or dropping them off to Ryan Murray, Office of Cultural Affairs/4th Floor, City Hall/24 Eagle St./Albany, NY 12207.
