July 21, 2022Heather O’Shea Named AVP at BSNB
Heather O’Shea has been named Assistant Vice President of Retail Banking at Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) according to Christopher R. Dowd, president and CEO. In her new role, O’Shea will be responsible for bank security as well as retail banking operations, including exploring new technologies, expanding on operating efficiencies and enhancing the Bank’s omni-channel customer experience.
With more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry O’Shea joined BSNB in 2011 as a personal banker in the Stillwater office, and most recently held the position of retail banking administrator and security officer. She earned an undergraduate degree from Adirondack Community College and is an active volunteer at BSNB-hosted food pantries benefitting the Regional Food Bank of NENY.
