HANYS Benefit Services (HBS) is pleased to welcome Noah Buck as its new Director of Client Relationship Management within its retirement consulting practice. Noah has worked in the retirement industry since 2002, and brings a valued background in all aspects of both defined benefit and defined contribution services to help clients meet their objectives. Before joining HANYS, Noah was a principal in Milliman’s employee benefits practice. He holds CPC, QPA & QKA designations from ASPPA, his FINRA Series 65, and an MBA from SUNY Albany.
