The Hannaford Plaza at 1400 Altamont Avenue in Rotterdam has new ownership. Wood Stone Holdings LLC, has purchased the 217,000-square foot plaza for $11.1 Million Dollars.
Anchored by Hannaford Grocery, the multi-tenant center was sold by CMS Retail, LLC.
With Walmart as a shadow anchor, Hannaford Plaza is second only to Mohawk Commons in size and scope of retail offerings in Schenectady County.
Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company of Syracuse represented the seller of the property and Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company of Albany represented the purchaser.
Peter Struzzi and Jeffrey D’Amore of Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company will represent the new owner as the leasing agents for the entire plaza.
