4th Annual Halfmoon Farmer’s Market Kicks Off Season with Celebratory Ribbon Cutting

The Chamber was pleased to take part in the 4th annual Halfmoon Farmer’s Market. The ribbon cutting to kick off this year was held on May 12th.

The market is located at the Abele Memorial Park on Harris Road – across from the Halfmoon Town Hall.

”We are happy to announce that the 4th Annual Halfmoon Farmers Market is opening on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. We are proud to say that many of our popular farmers and vendors from the past three years will be joining us again. Joining us this year will be Abba’s Acres, the Carpenter Farm, Clyde O’Scope Farm and the Bare Roots Family Farm.  Also joining us this year; Nothing Bundt Cakes, Your CBD Store, Worldlings’ Pleasure, The Potter’s Wheel, 36Locks, Snyder’s Brooms, and Chocolate is Self Care. Folks can also stop by and pick up dinner from one of our food trucks like The Hungry Traveler and The Mac Factor. More than 20 vendors will be on hand each week offering locally grown produce, meats, delicious cheeses, honey, baked goods, eggs, essential oils, candles and jewelry and much more!” said Halfmoon Supervisor Kevin Tollisen.

The Farmers Market will follow all Covid-19 guidelines and precautions set by New York State. Vendors will be properly spaced and social distance precautions will be implemented.  Hand sanitizer will be available to all customers and vendors. Complimentary masks will be available for customers who need them.
