GTM Payroll & HR Celebrates 35 Years Guiding Employers in Workforce Management

GTM Payroll & HR recognized 35 years of service, growth, partnerships, and teamwork with a celebration on Thursday, October 8, at The Hangar at 743 on the grounds of the Albany International Airport.

GTM celebrated this milestone with valued employees (past and present), clients, partners, community leaders, and friends who helped make nights like these possible.

It was incredible to have everyone together in one room. The energy was amazing. Thank you for making the night so special.

When founder and CEO Guy Maddalone started the business 35 years ago, the goal was to create something meaningful. At this celebration, seeing the community and the team that helped build this business reminded us how fortunate we are. A company is only as good as its people and its partners, and we have the best in the business.

To everyone who has been part of our journey over the last three and a half decades … thank you.

Special milestones are always worth celebrating, but having local leaders join in makes them even more memorable.

Earlier in the day, New York State Senator Jim Tedisco visited GTM Payroll & HR headquarters to present our Guy Maddalone with an official New York State Senate Citation honoring our 35th anniversary.

This visit was a full-circle moment. Ten years ago, Senator Tedisco presented Guy with his 25-year milestone certificate, so it was great to reconnect, reflect on our growth, and mark 35 years of serving our clients, partners, and community.
