Greenstone Experiential is announcing new services for the 2020 summer and fall season which include both socially distanced in-person retreats for personal growth and learning, as well as services for businesses for transitioning back to work and adjusting to the need for racial openness in the workplace.
Greenstone Experiential (GreenstoneXP) is a consulting firm for businesses and individuals. GreenstoneXP provides structured group experiences and training for team building, personal growth, conflict resolution and discussions on complex issues. GreenstoneXP creates a safe learning environment in which participants enjoy a rich learning experience that engages the body, mind and emotions.
GreenstoneXP’s groups and training improve social dynamics and interpersonal communication skills and help people move through difficult transitions in the workplace and in society.
GreenstoneXP is excited to announce its Summer 2020 Retreats for business groups, individuals and families, to be held at the Rotary Scout Reservation in Averill Park, NY. The in-person retreats include, personal development offerings, A Women’s Retreat, A Family-Day Retreat, A Teen Adventure Experience, as well as facilitated discussions on this year’s social issues, Exploring the Dynamics of Race and Racism in our Country, and Exploring the Impact of the Pandemic on the Workplace.
GreenstoneXP utilizes an eclectic combination of methodologies including adventure education, sociodramatic process, and sociometrics, to create customized group experiences for community or business groups. Equine assisted learning activities are also used for team building and personal growth and development, but have been postponed for 2020 due to the pandemic.
Co-owners Jill Wolski, LCSW and Greg Reid, PhD have over twenty years experience in the mental health, employee assistance and addictions fields. They founded GreenstoneXP in 2018 to bring their experiential learning skills to businesses and the wider community.
