July 30, 2020Google IT Support Professional Certificate Program Available at SUNY Adirondack in 2020
SUNY Adirondack’s Office of Continuing Education invites individuals interested in a career in IT to register for the Google IT Support Professional Certificate Program available for the first time in Fall 2020. This 5-course certificate program, developed by Google includes an innovative curriculum designed to prepare you for an entry-level role in IT support and for additional industry certifications. A job in IT can mean in-person or remote help desk work in a small business or at a global company like Google.
No prior lT experience is needed; participants should have an interest in the IT field and a willingness to do the work necessary to succeed. An experienced SUNY Adirondack IT instructor will support your learning and completion of the Google IT Support Professional Certificate Program. Supports include regular individual and group meetings on campus and/or virtually, assisting with tracking progress and action planning to support completion, providing instructional coaching and tutoring as needed, and connecting with career services.
