Colonie Senior Service Centers, Inc. (CSSC) is happy to announce Frank Carlascio as the organizations new director of housing.
Frank oversees all aspects of maintaining the physical assets and management of CSSC’s three independent, 55+, senior housing facilities at the Beltrone Living Center, King Thiel Senior Community and Sheehy Manor. As the Director of Housing, Frank will maintain relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, the community and other professionals.
Frank is a life-long resident of Latham, and has over 30 years of experience in the construction management field. Frank and his wife Karin enjoy their four children and granddaughter. In his free time, Frank enjoys the outdoors and reading about American history. He is also a Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
