Former Tulip Queen, Heart Disease and Stroke Survivors Ready For Stop No. 3 of The Red Couch Tour at Colonie Center

WHAT: The Red Couch Tour Stop No. 3. This is the third opportunity for women of the Capital Region to take a seat on our comfy red couch and share their stories of heart disease and stroke.

WHO: Jill Harris-Johnson, past Albany Tulip Queen and Go Red for Women volunteer; Rosalyn Wallace, Stroke Ambassador to the 2017 Capital Region Heart Walk; Ellis Medicine; and women who want to raise awareness about heart disease by sharing their experiences.

WHEN: Wednesday, May 10, 11 a.m. – Noon.

WHERE: Colonie Center, Wolf Road, Albany, near The Fountain.

WHY:  What better way to share information than to settle in on a comfy couch for a chat with a good friend? Ellis Medicine and the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement invite women to come together to fight the No. 1 killer of all women, heart disease. During Stop No. 3 of The Red Couch Tour, Jill Harris Johnson will welcome women to share their experiences with heart disease and stroke.  By coming together, women can help other women prevent these deadly diseases
