Linium is the only Capital Region firm selected among the nation’s leading professional and executive staffing agencies, based on rankings from candidates, HR managers and recruiters
Linium Recruiting today announced that it has been selected by Forbes for the second straight year as one of America’s Best Recruiting Firms 2018.
Again this year, Linium Recruiting is the only firm in the Capital Region – including both professional and executive recruiting firms – to make Forbes’ prestigious listing of America’s Best Recruiting Firms.

The recognition from Forbes is the second national award received by Linium Recruiting in less than two months. In February, Linium won Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client Award, also for the second straight year. The Inavero awards, presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, recognize fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada for providing superior service to their clients, based entirely on ratings provided by their customers.
Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to develop its list of America’s Best Recruiting Firms, broken into two categories: Professional Search and Executive Search. Between December 2017 and February 2018, surveys were sent to 4,500 job candidates and HR managers who have worked with recruiting firms over the last three years, and to 30,000 external recruiters, each of whom could name and assess up to 10 recruiting firms per category. Firms were rated on the quality of their work, including the selection of positions offered, candidate fit, recruiting process and price-performance ratio. More than 14,500 nominations of recruiting firms were considered, and those with the most recommendations were ranked highest.
Over the past decade, Linium Recruiting has placed more than 3,000 skilled professionals with over 250 Capital Region companies.
