First New York Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that Gloria Friello has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Lending Operations. Gloria was previously the Loan Operations Administrator of the company’s Lending Department.
Gloria began her career with First New York in 1981 as a Clerk in the Accounting Department. In 1982, she was promoted to Payroll Clerk, then to Loan Interviewer and finally to Loan Officer. In 1986, Gloria was promoted to Senior Loan Officer and in 1989 was promoted to Loan Manager. In 1999, Gloria became the Loan Operations Administrator.
Prior to joining First New York Federal Credit Union, Gloria worked as a Secretary and Receptionist through Dunhill Temps, and as a Teller at Schenectady Federal Savings and Loan.
