December 3, 2015Federal and New York State Historic Preservation Tax Credit Programs Workshop
Owners of historic properties may be eligible for 20% federal and 20% state historic preservation income tax credits for rehabilitation projects.
This workshop on Monday, December 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Sanford Clock Tower, 37 Prospect St, Amsterdam, will help realtors, contractors, owners of income producing/commercial historic properties, business and home owners, and community leaders learn about opportunities for community reinvestment.
Presenters will include representatives from NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Omni Development, and Preservation League of NYS.
