January 8, 2025Explore the Semiconductor Industry: Free Online Course for Chamber Members
For Capital Region Chamber Members who want to learn more about the semiconductor industry from its corporate leaders, Clarkson University, is extending a free registration link to audit alongside its students an online “Introduction to Semiconductors Course” that is launching in the Spring Semester of 2025 led by Adjunct Professor Fram Akiki ‘86, President of Joun Technologies and veteran of the semiconductor industry.

The course will kick off on Monday, January 13th at 6 PM EST and will run live every Monday evening until April 21st (with a break on Monday, March 17th). It will feature different guest speakers every week, including from Micron, GlobalFoundries, ARM, and Tokyo Electron.
