Exciting News! The Clinton Market Collective is Now Complete!

The Clinton Market Collective is officially complete in downtown Albany and open to the public! This project – coupled with the Clinton Avenue Streetscape Improvements and Livingston Ave. Overpass Lighting Project – marks the success of Governor Hochul’s investment through New York State’s $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), as well as additional investment through President Biden’s American Rescue Plan. This remarkable achievement is a significant milestone for our city and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our community, city officials, New York State, and the federal government.

The Clinton Market Collective will be more than just a gathering place; it will represent the best of our city. This vibrant space will connect our community to a host of attractions, including the Skyway, The Palace, the Livingston Underpass, and so much more. It is designed to be a hub of activity, bringing together diverse pop-up retail, local artists’ installations, and signature events that showcase the best of Albany.
