Congratulations to Ethan Allen, who cut the ribbon on Thursday, December 5th to celebrate the grand opening of their new Design Center in Colonie. The Chamber was elated to be part of not only the opening, but the newly formed relationship between Ethan Allen and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Attendees were able to buy stars, which support their Foundation!
Ethan Allen is a leading global interior design company and a renowned manufacturer and retailer of quality home furnishings. The Design Center features a bright, spacious, modern floor plan that combines technology with personal service and showcases the latest Ethan Allen furnishings, complemented by cutting-edge digital tools.
The interior reflects a modern, forward-thinking customer experience, and provides an open floor plan with client-accessible, interactive touchscreens and designer workstations. Through this in-store platform, customers can access the Ethan Allen website, where they will find detailed product descriptions and design inspiration. They can also work with a designer at a fully equipped workstation to view detailed 3D floor plans, as well as before-and-after images of their space, on a large screen.
Located at 3 Wolf Road, just a few miles from its old location, designers will be able to maintain their valued relationships with existing clients while also sharing Ethan Allen’s value, quality, and beautiful design aesthetic to a new demographic. Design Center hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
