El Rancho Bar & Grill Celebrates Grand Opening in Colonie

The Capital Region Chamber was pleased to host a ribbon cutting ceremony in celebration of Member El Rancho Bar & Grill’s grand opening at 1133 Central Avenue in Colonie. Joining Chamber staff, Ambassadors, and the Merino-Martinez family were Senator Jake Ashby and Sam Stuto, representing Assemblyman Phil Steck.

Owned by Vicente Merino-Martinez and his wife Isidra, El Rancho Bar & Grill brings the vibrant culture and cuisine of Oaxaca, Mexico, to the Capital Region. Guests at the celebration enjoyed a lively parade, festive entertainment, and delicious samplings of traditional dishes. The restaurant’s walls feature artwork depicting family members and scenes from their hometown, creating an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The family also owns Viva Cinco de Mayo Restaurant in downtown Albany.

We congratulate El Rancho Bar & Grill on their grand opening and thank them for their investment in the Chamber and our region.
