EFNENY Opens Registration for the 17th Walk for Epilepsy

The Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York is set to host its 17th annual Walk for Epilepsy on Sunday, September 7th. Walk in person at one of three beautiful locations in Northeastern New York including the Capital Region Walk for Epilepsy in Saratoga Springs, the Adirondack Walk for Epilepsy in Inlet or the Hudson Valley Walk for Epilepsy in Highland.

You can now sign up as an individual walker, join a team, and become a fundraiser. Register, create a team, and donate by visiting https://bit.ly/WalkforEpilepsy2025.

This annual walk brings together over 500 community members each year to raise funds and awareness as we take strides towards fighting epilepsy! Registration check-in for the Saratoga Springs Walk location opens at 9:30 AM, and the day is set to be filled with entertainment, exciting raffles, giveaways, and a variety of delicious offerings from local food trucks. Join us at the Saratoga Spa State Park or at one of our satellite walk locations as we make strides towards a brighter future for those living with epilepsy.

This year, EFNENY proudly welcomes Kate Russell as co-chair alongside Dan Lehane, who returns to lead the Walk for Epilepsy planning committee. Both Kate and Dan are parents of children living with epilepsy and are members of our Board of Directors.  Their passion and dedication are instrumental in driving the foundation’s mission forward. We are deeply grateful for their leadership and commitment.
