Discover Saratoga is Pleased to Announce the Following Recent Hires and Promotion

Discover Saratoga welcomes Lexi Carroll, who joined the team as Manager of Wedding, Sports, and Sales Events. Lexi is responsible for managing the wedding and sports markets. Recently, Lexi served as the Convention Services Coordinator at the Lake George Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau. There, she serviced conventions, meetings, sporting tournaments, and weddings. Lexi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Discover Saratoga and the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center welcome Peggy Sefcik, Administrative Assistant of the Heritage Area Visitor Center. Peggy recently retired from a successful career and is excited to begin her new position at the visitor center. She is responsible for assisting with the promotion of visitor center programs and services, she participates in the day-to-day operations and provides assistance to our volunteers and visitors. As a lifelong resident of the area, Peggy is looking forward to contributing her love of Saratoga County to the visitor center team and our community.

Discover Saratoga is pleased to announce the promotion of Alyssa Foote to Director of Membership & Events. Alyssa brings with her close to ten years of experience in event management and hospitality. Most recently, Alyssa worked as the Manager of Wedding, Sports, and Sales Events at Discover Saratoga. Alyssa graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication and business from the University of Albany. Alyssa has become an invaluable member of the Discover Saratoga team, and we wish her much success in her new position.
