Digital Assets, Taxes, and OBBBA: Top Advisors Share Insights at Albany Intergen Conference Nov. 5

Network and learn from top leaders in law, finance, tax and business at Intergenerational Estate Planning Conference in its 20th year, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. This half-day program will bring together top advisors in law, accounting, wealth management, insurance, valuation, and corporate planning to share strategies for protecting clients and families across multiple generations. Admission is free, but seating is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

This year’s keynote speaker is Rustin Diehl, Esq., author of Crypto Trusts and LLCs: Shielding Digital Wealth. His presentation, “Crypto Trusts and LLCs: How to Own, Secure and Transfer Digital Wealth,” will explore how digital assets like cryptocurrency, tokens, and NFTs can be safely incorporated into estate and tax planning.

In addition to Rustin Diehl, the conference will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Louis W. Pierro, Esq., host of the program and founding partner of Pierro, Connor & Strauss; Daniel Nolan, partner and vice chairman at Cerity Partners; Sean Leonard, partner at Cerity Partners; Gretchen Guenther, shareholder at Teal Becker & Chiaramonte CPA’s, P.C.; Elwyn Voss, founder of The Voss Group; Nathan Schroeder, managing director at Empire Valuation Consultants; and Samantha Bryant, Esq., counsel at Pierro, Connor & Strauss.

With 2026 on the horizon, clients face new challenges including market volatility, changes in healthcare, the rapid rise of digital assets, and the sweeping tax law changes brought on by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). Families and businesses alike are asking how to protect wealth, reduce risk, and prepare for the next generation. The conference is designed to deliver actionable answers, giving attendees insight they can put to work right away.

Participants will leave with practical strategies in estate, tax, and financial planning that address today’s changing landscape. Accountants can earn four free CPE credits, sponsored by Teal Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs. Attendees will also enjoy valuable networking time, capped by a cocktail reception catered by Mazzone Hospitality immediately following the program.

The 20th Annual Intergenerational Estate Planning Conference is presented by Pierro, Connor & Strauss and made possible with support from Cerity Partners, Teal Becker & Chiaramonte, The Voss Group, Empire Valuation Consultants, and Contour Mortgage. Admission is free, but seating at the Albany Capital Center is limited. Register today to reserve your spot and be part of an event that will help you guide clients and families with confidence into 2026 and beyond.
