Albany based law firm Deily & Glastetter, LLP announced the addition of a new partner in the Firm, effective January 1, 2017.

Jason Little practices in the firm’s Commercial Law and Litigation department representing national, regional and local clients in various pre-litigation, litigation and post-litigation matters. Jason’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, commercial lending, workouts and dispute resolution, and commercial bankruptcy matters. Jason also advises clients on various business and transactional matters, commercial loans and workouts, internal compliance and control, and strategizing cost effective business solutions to litigation.
Jason is admitted to practice law in New York and the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York. He is an active member of the Albany County Bar Association, Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association and Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association.
Jason was recognized by Super Lawyers® in the category of Upstate New York Rising Stars® in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 for business and general litigation. Jason participates in numerous community and charitable organizations, including youth coaching. Jason is a graduate of Leadership Tech Valley’s Class of 2012, an initiative of the Capital Region Chamber.
Jason graduated with a B.A. from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School.
