Dari Cook-McGibbon, APRN, MSN, AGPCNP-BC has joined CapitalCare Family Practice Ravena.
Originally from Coxsackie, NY, Dari received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The Sage Colleges in Albany, NY. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Nursing Adult Gerontology also from The Sage Colleges in Albany, NY. Dari is a certified nurse practitioner and adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She has a special interest in adults throughout their lifespan and advanced care directives. Dari is passionate and committed to excellence in the delivery of care to her patients.
