Dannible & McKee Admits Two New Partners

Dannible & McKee, LLP, a leading certified public accounting and consulting firm, announced the admission of Anthony Pokrentowski, CPA, and Abby K. Sweers, CPA, as Tax Partners, effective July 1, 2026.

Pokrentowski joined Dannible & McKee in 2017 and has become a trusted advisor in tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses, manufacturers, professional service firms and high-net-worth individuals. He specializes in multi-state taxation, international reporting and strategic tax planning, helping clients navigate increasingly complex tax environments. Pokrentowski holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in accounting from The College of Saint Rose. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). He resides in Clay, N.Y. and works in the firm’s Syracuse office.

Sweers began her career at the firm as an intern in 2017 before joining full-time in 2019. She has developed expertise in tax planning and compliance for individuals and closely held businesses, with a focus on clients in the construction, manufacturing and service industries. Her expertise includes individual, partnership and corporate taxation, as well as multi-state entities and high-net-worth individuals. Sweers earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Le Moyne College in 2018. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and a member of both the AICPA and NYSSCPA. She resides in Rochester, N.Y., and is based in the firm’s Syracuse office.
