Cynthia Hopeck has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as a Consumer Insights Analyst. Hopeck brings more than 20 years of experience to Preferred, most recently working as a Market Research Specialist at BlueShield of Northeastern New York. In her new role, she will be responsible for the ongoing collection and analysis of information as it pertains to the customer experience. Hopeck earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany. She resides in West Sand Lake, NY.
