October 3, 2018Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company to Represent Via| Port Rotterdam and Vacant Sears Department Store
The ownership of Via | Port Rotterdam has retained commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company to market the property on its behalf.
The 583,849 SF enclosed regional shopping mall currently has spaces ranging from 354 SF to 9,804 SF. In addition, the 103,296 SF former Sears Department Store box is now available for lease or sale.
Jeffrey D’Amore of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company will represent the owners and will be responsible for mall leasing and the lease or disposition of the former Sears Department Store.
