Corporate Tax Attorney Keith M. Goldstein joins McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams

ALBANY, NY— Keith M. Goldstein has joined the Law Firm of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. as of counsel.  He provides strategic business counseling in investments in privately held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, banking and tax credit matters.

Goldstein has more than 15 years’ experience in business transactions in a variety of industry sectors, including renewable energy, biotech, software, technology, manufacturing, real estate and defense contractors.  His clients have ranged from early-stage venture capital backed start-ups to mature multi-generation brick and mortar businesses to leading banks.

Prior to joining the firm, Goldstein served as in-house counsel in the energy sector, where he represented the organization in debt and tax credit equity investment transactions, day-to-day operations, financial modeling and coordination with stakeholders and regulators.

Goldstein will focus his transactional practice on representing privately held businesses in investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, middle-market lending transactions and strategic planning engagements.  He will also continue to advise banks and family groups in assessing lending and investment opportunities, underwriting criteria, business and legal due diligence, and all other aspects of legal representation in debt and equity transactions.
