Cornells in Little Italy Names Scott Carlton Executive Chef

Capital Region favorite Scott Carlton is returning to his culinary roots, taking the reins as Executive Chef at Schenectady’s beloved Cornells in Little Italy!

A longtime admirer of the iconic restaurant, Chef Carlton is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and has impressed diners with his culinary talents at Tala Bistro Sperry’s Restaurant and Osteria Danny. He also left his mark on the Schenectady dining scene with E.K. Cibo, a popular destination known among culinary insiders and frequented by restaurateurs and chefs alike.

“I’m incredibly excited to be part of the Cornells in Little Italy legacy,” says Chef Carlton. “This restaurant has been a cornerstone of the Capital Region dining scene for generations, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to lead its culinary team into the future.”
