July 31, 2015Community Resource Federal Credit Union Names Kevin Henchy New Branch Manager
Community Resource Federal Credit Union is proud to announce and welcome Kevin Henchy as Branch Manager at the Credit Union’s Latham location.
Henchy, who has over 30 years’ experience in banking, will be responsible for ensuring that established policies and procedures are adhered to within the branch, and that all members are served promptly and professionally. He will be responsible for building branch business through motivation and coaching of staff as well as supporting all marketing campaigns. Prior to his employment with the Credit Union, he worked for Equinox of Albany and Columbia Greene Federal Credit Union. Henchy is also an active Board Member and Treasurer for The Underground Railroad History Project.
Said Terry Langlois, CEO of the Credit Union, “Kevin is genuinely concerned about the members’ wellbeing and is dedicated to ensuring that those who visit the branch will have a great experience. Kevin graduated from St. Francis College in Brooklyn where he received a degree in Business Management and has received a certificate in Banking from the National School of Finance & Management. He currently resides in Rensselaer with his wife and two children.
