Community Resource Federal Credit Union Announces New VP of Member Experience

Community Resource Federal Credit Union (CRFCU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Toni Lynn as Vice President of Member Experience. As an accomplished marketing and business development professional with an established record of accomplishments. Toni will oversee CRFCU’s marketing and business development channels and organizational development.

“Toni will focus on everything a member sees, hears, touches, and experiences.  Some key areas include Marketing & Business Development; staff training & development; and product/service development & enhancement.  She will also be a key player in rolling out our Financial Well Being program.  More importantly, Toni will work with staff to identify their needs and ideas for making sure we are delivering the service our existing and prospective members deserve.  Toni will be an advocate for staff, just as much as she will be an advocate for our members” said Terry Langlois, President/CEO.
