Community Care Physicians Announces New Rheumatology Practice

 

Effective January 28, 2019, CCP has opened a new Rheumatology practice with two physicians on board, Jessica Chapman, MD and Lee Shapiro, MD, both experienced Rheumatologists passionate about each patient and providing top care and individual diagnosis and treatment. The practice offers the benefits of a general rheumatology practice, with a specialty clinic for specific rheumatological conditions, including scleroderma and Degos disease.

Our experienced rheumatologists, Dr. Jessica Chapman and Dr. Lee Shapiro, are passionate about providing each patient top care and individual diagnosis and treatment. We offer on-site imaging, lab, as well as an infusion center.

 

Community Care Rheumatology – Clifton Park is located at 1783 Route 9, Suite 102, Clifton Park and Community Care Rheumatology – Saratoga is located at One West Avenue, Suite 330, Saratoga Springs. Patients and referring practitioners can reach either location by calling (518) 782-3899. Dr. Chapman, located in our Clifton Park location, has a wide range of conditions her office is able to treat and offers a variety of services.

Dr. Lee Shapiro, in our Saratoga location, has a passion for treating individuals with Scleroderma and other similar rare diseases. Dr. Shapiro is Chief Medical Officer of the Steffens Scleroderma Foundation. He is also the medical advisor for the Capital District Support Group of the Scleroderma Foundation and a member of the Medical Advisory Board of the Scleroderma Foundation Tri-State.
