January 8, 2020Community Bank N.A. Announces Promotion of Sue Carr to Branch Manager in Albany
Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Sue Carr to branch manager of its Albany, New York, location.
In her new role, Carr will oversee the office’s daily operations, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. She will manage the effective delivery of the branch’s sales and service activities, including personal and small business loans. In addition, Carr will ensure the branch’s operational efficiency and integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.

She’s truly committed to helping our customers, making her the perfect fit to lead our Albany office.”
Carr joined Community Bank N.A. in July 2019 as retail branch assistant when the bank merged with Kinderhook Bank. Throughout her career, Carr has spent 26 years in a variety of leadership roles, including retail review team leader, operations leader and branch manager. Prior, she worked for First Niagara Bank.
Carr earned her associate degree in business administration from Schenectady County Community College. She resides in Clifton Park with her husband, Robert.
