Community Bank Establishes Capital Region Wealth Management Team

Following the recent announcement of its acquisition of Kinderhook Bank, Community Bank N.A. is establishing a locally-based team to deliver comprehensive wealth management services throughout the Capital region. Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the addition of two wealth management team members to its Albany team: Scott Duggleby as senior vice president, wealth management regional sales manager and Tim Forman as vice president, financial consultant. They bring to the team more than 50 years of combined experience in the financial services industry.

Regional Executive Jeff Levy said. “Since opening our commercial banking office last year, we have built a strong presence in the Capital region with a team that’s committed to the success of our clients. Scott and Tim’s long history in banking will be an asset to our team and help drive the region’s continued success.”

Forman and Duggleby will be responsible for leading the development of Community Bank’s wealth management services in the Capital region. As a team, they will provide a variety of services to the region, including personal and business retirement planning, estate planning, education planning, comprehensive financial planning, and life and long-term care insurance.

Duggleby has spent over 25 years primarily focused on serving the Capital District and New England region. He comes to Community Bank N.A. from Citizens Securities where he spent time as regional sales manager since 2014. Prior, he was with M&T Securities. Forman rejoins Community Bank N.A. after spending 12 years with Community Investments Services as Vice President, Financial Consultant for the Adirondack region. He most recently was Senior Wealth Manager at Sunmark Federal Credit Union.

Duggleby earned his bachelor’s degree in Education from the State University of New York at Oswego. He resides in Cleveland, NY. Forman earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Outside of the office, he is active in his community as a volunteer with Host Patrol Whiteface Mountain. Forman resides in Troy, NY.
