WHAT: Welcome and presentation by Honorable Mayor Kathy Sheehan at 8:30 a.m.* followed by informational presentations by various business and community leaders throughout the morning. The event will conclude with a tour of Albany Capital Center Site from walkway at 12 p.m.*
