Columbia-Greene Federal Credit Union to Merge with Sunmark in Second Planned Merger

Sunmark Credit Union announced today that it has received approval from the membership of Columbia-Greene Federal Credit Union to merge with Sunmark Credit Union. Additionally, Columbia-Greene members approved the conversion from a federally-chartered credit union to a state-chartered one. The $36 million-asset Columbia-Greene FCU, located in Hudson, NY serves 5,000 members.

Columbia-Greene FCU locations in Hudson and Coxsackie will remain open as Sunmark Credit Union once merged. The merger is expected to be completed on November 30, 2020.
