Colonie Senior Service Centers Elects New Board and Celebrates 2015 Achievements

Colonie Senior Service Centers, Inc. (CSSC), celebrated their accomplishments and achievements at the 2015 Annual Meeting on May 18th. Board members, employees, sponsors, and friends enjoyed a recognition ceremony, honoring the achievements of employees, community support by sponsors and Board Members.

CSSC receives great support from many businesses and organizations including Albany Guardian Society, Bank of America, CAP COM Federal Credit Union, CDPHP, Exit 9 Wine and Liquor and many more. Major supporters of CSSC were recognized at the reception. The Executive Director’s Special Recognition Award was given to Nancy Jones, CSSC’s Finance Director. The Ann Marie Sheehy President’s Award, given to a member of the Board of Directors, was Dr. John D. Bennett, of CDPHP for his efforts on behalf of the organization and the new Capital Campaign for new affordable senior housing at the King Thiel Senior Community.
